Shipping Conditions
How long will it take to process my new order and ship my drugs?
"Your order may take up to 3 days to process before you get a confirmation. Once your order is confirmed expect approximately 21 days for shipping provided that there are no problems with your order (i.e. missing information, credit card processing difficulties)."
Do you ship to ALL states?
"Yes. At this time we are accepting orders from all states."
Can my wife/husbands order be combined and shipped in the same box in order to save on the shipping cost?
"If you have a significant other in the same household that orders items from us at the same time we will (at your request) ship all the items in the same box."
What happens if my shipment never arrives?
"If a shipment does not arrive within 30 days, Maha Pharma we will reship the order at no cost. "
What happens if customs (or related agency) "seizes" my order?
"If a shipment gets seized by customs then Maha Pharma we will reship the order at no cost, except for the following countries, due to rough customs: Australia, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, Denmark, Sweden, Italy."

"No! We do not require a prescription for all medications."
Exchange Policy
What is your exchange policy…if you have one?
"We may, at our discretion, exchange and replace a Product, in the event of damage or defect of the product."

What if I don't want generic substitution, can I opt to have only brand-name drugs?
"Yes."

How often is this list updated?
"The price list of items (Drugs) that we quote are constantly updated. This is the list of the items we carry complete with prices stated in US Dollar funds."
New Customer, What do I do?
What do I have to do in order to get started with your company?
In order to get started with us, you will be required to:
Step 1: Create an account. Choose a login name and password. For security reasons, please do not use for the login name your real name or your e-mail address, use better a nickname.
Step 2: Log in to Your Account. Please take a look at the left of our website, you will find the categories of products we sell.
Step 3: After you have choosed the desired product, include the amount and click on "Buy Now" button.
Step 4: After click on "Shopping Cart", it is located at the right of our website. Click "Continue Shopping" to add more products, or "Check Out" button if you are ready to go.
Step 5: Get acknowledged with the site's terms and conditions, if you agree and accept them, click on the "Continue" button.
Step 6: After, fill in the shipping information. Please make sure the shipping address is correctly introduced as we will not be responsible for the delivery to an incorrect address, nor we will reship the order.
Step 7: After, please choose your desired payment method and make the payment for your order. Once we receive, it will be reviewed, picked and then sent to the shipping department - this can take up to 3 days.
Step 8: From the time that the shipping department ships your order to the time that they should arrive at your home could take up to 21 days provided there are no problems.
Does it take longer to fill the orders of a new customer?
"Yes. The order will have to be reviewed first. This can take up to 3 days."

How much can I purchase at one time?
"We do not have a minimum order set."
Re-Shipping Policy
Your order will be re-shipped in case if it gets lost or seized, except for the following countries, due to rough customs: Australia, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, Denmark, Sweden, Italy.
