REFUNDS

Due to the complexity of our payment methods, unfortunately we cannot refund money, instead we will re-send any missing package for free (if it gets lost or seized).

RE-SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be re-shipped in case if it gets lost or seized, except for the following countries, due to rough customs: Australia, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, Denmark, Sweden, Italy.
